FAQ
What is the minimum age limit?
Players must be aged 10 or over to take part in our experiences. Every team must include at least one player aged 16 or over. There is no upper age limit.
Please note that our rooms are designed to be immersive and are generally on the spookier side. Parents and guardians should use their discretion when deciding if an experience is suitable for younger players.
If a team chooses to leave or forfeit a game because it is considered too scary, no refunds will be issued.
If you have any questions about age restrictions or suitability, please contact us at info@noescapelondon.co.uk.
I booked the wrong venue or time. What should I do?
If you have booked the wrong venue or selected the wrong time slot, please contact us immediately at info@noescapelondon.co.uk. If notified as soon as possible, we will do our best to move your booking to the correct venue or time, subject to availability.
Failure to contact us promptly may result in your booking becoming non-transferable and the loss of your time slot. If you contact us on the day of your booking, we will not be able to reschedule or move your booking.
How much does an experience cost?
The price of the experience is £40 per person
The price includes VAT.
How long does the experience last for?
Please allow up to 90 minutes at our venue for the experience, which includes a briefing, escape game challenge and a debriefing.
How many people can play in a team?
Most of our rooms can accommodate 2-6 players at any one time.
The Demon Barber will be an exception due to a smaller environment and holds 2-4 players - also perfect for beginners!
Is it a private session or with strangers?
All games run as private sessions. Only you and your group enter the room. No outside players join your experience.

Please contact us at info@noescapelondon.co.uk if you have any questions with making a booking.
How difficult are the rooms?
The perception of difficulty will vary between players, but the key to completing the game is to work together as an efficient team. Our Game Master are always watching and listening, so if your team becomes stuck you may ask us for a hint and they’ll help you out.
If you are a first-time player or concerned about the difficulty of our rooms, we can recommend The Demon Barber (Oxford Street) - perfect space for beginners and up to 4 players!
Are the rooms claustrophobic?
Our rooms in the escape games vary in size depending on the theme. If you’re feeling claustrophobic, you may walk back through the entry door to the entrance and take a breather.
We always keep the entry door unlocked for fire safety reasons.
What if I damage something?
Physical force is not needed in any of our escape games. However, we’ve designed all the puzzles to be robust and low risk to damage.
If you deliberately damage something in the game, then you may be liable to pay for damages and asked to leave.
Can I bring luggage?
We advise that you do not bring luggage, however if this is not possible we do have a limited amount of storage.
Please contact us at info@noescapelondon.co.uk if you have any questions.
Are the rooms disabled friendly or accessible to impaired players?
Due to the restrictive design and physical challenges involved in our escape games, we apologise that there may be some accessibility issues for certain players.
Please contact us at info@noescapelondon.co.uk to discuss any impairment issues that you may have and we’ll find a way to accommodate you.
What should I wear?
